Mr. Shabbir Merchant is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. He serves as the Managing Director of Saketh Sevvenstar Industries Ltd. He holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, an LLB from K.C. Law College, Mumbai, and a B.Com from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. He completed his schooling from Christ Church High School, earning his ICSE certification. With over 20 years of extensive experience, Mr. Merchant has built a strong track record in:

Sanjay Patel

Sanjay Patel is the Director of Saket Sevvenstar Industries Ltd, a company he established in 2010 to build a trusted and innovative brand in the industry. Under his leadership, Tembo Global has expanded its national and international footprint, becoming a market leader through a commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous innovation.
With over 40 years of experience across manufacturing, retail & wholesale trading, exports & imports, Sanjay has cultivated a distinguished career spanning multiple industries, including engineering products, textiles, and general merchandise. His strategic foresight and deep industry expertise have been instrumental in scaling businesses, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.
Before founding Tembo Global, he gained invaluable experience at Chimanlal Enterprises and through various independent business ventures, where he sharpened his expertise in market analysis, procurement, finance, and taxation.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
Firdose Vandrevala
Director
Mr. Firdose Vandrevala is a seasoned business leader with over five decades of multi-industry experience across steel, power, telecommunications, real estate, and management consultancy.
An Electrical Engineer by qualification, he began his career in 1972 with Tata Steel and rose to become the Deputy Managing Director of the company. He has held senior leadership positions across various Tata Group companies, including Chairman of Tata Teleservices and Managing Director of Tata Power, where he was recognized for his strategic leadership and operational excellence.
His contributions have earned him accolades such as the Wärtsilä Mantosh Sondhi Award for value-based leadership. Mr. Vandrevala has also worked with reputed organizations like Motorola, Essar Steel, and Hicro Developments, and continues to serve on the boards of several companies including Greaves Cotton Ltd., Premium Transmission Pvt. Ltd., and English India Clay Ltd.
Beyond the corporate sphere, he has played an active role in shaping public policy through his involvement with committees formed by SEBI and the Ministry of Finance, and has served on the boards of leading academic institutions such as IIM Lucknow and IIM Raipur.
With deep expertise in business transformation, governance, and strategic development, Mr. Vandrevala plays a key role in guiding the Tembo’s long-term vision and growth.
Fatema Shabbir Kachwala

Mrs. Fatema Kachwala is a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business.
Bringing over 11 years of experience, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of business operations, with a strong foundation in human resource management. Her thoughtful leadership and strategic perspective continue to contribute significantly to Tembo Global’s organizational growth and planning efforts.
