They also serve as a reliable backup for premium fastener companies in the region. With a focus on Green-Tech and environmentally friendly practices, this service represents one of their valuable initiatives in support of the Green Revolution.

To consolidate position and image of Tembo Global Industries Limited, the management of the company has join hands with Rawlplug Limited (UK) for distribution of their products which are highly sought after by consumers in India - primarily in the Western region. The distribution contract will be with Saketh Seven Star Industries Limited.

He is the Managing Director in SSSIL. He is Accomplished director with 7+ years of experience and skilled in leadership, finance, quality, cost, and delivery times for high-volume manufacturing companies. Seeking to improve bottom line results massively for areas in production and export through application of Lean principles also worked with cross-functional teams to improve sales and production.

He is the Non- Executive Director of the Company, appointed on 09/10/2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Bombay. He has total experience of 40 years and is results-oriented. Beginning with his career at Tata Steel in 1972, where he rose to significant positions such as Deputy Managing Director of Tata Steel and Managing Director of Tata Power over a remarkable 33-year tenure. He has since held other notable positions, including Chairman of Motorola (India), Chairman and Managing Director of Hirco Developments Ltd, and Executive Vice Chairman of Essar Steel. His significant experience in steel, power, real estate, and telecommunications positions him as an authoritative figure in people management, corporate strategy, leadership, marketing, project management, and operations.

He holds a degree in Master of Computer Science from University at Albany, New York, USA and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University. As the Executive Director of M/S Tembo Global Industries Limited, hehas been responsible for driving business growth through short and long-term initiatives. My role involves capitalizing on opportunities, managing multiple tasks, developing linkages with community leaders and social organizations, overseeing financial operations, and regularly updating the Board of Directors on company status. Additionally, I represent the company at public events, maintain financial reports, generate new opportunities through relationships, foster staff growth and development, promote an inclusive culture, review operating reports with departmental managers, and ensure the welfare and interests of company staff.

Mr. Suraaj Naik, is the International Key Managerial Person in our organisation. Being a computer engineer with a management background, he very well applies his analytical skills with business acumen, seeking immediate client conversion. He has almost two decades of extensive experience in Capital Markets, Business Management and Strategy, Corporate Finance, Private Equity & Investment Banking, and identifying new market opportunities, he has developed a diverse portfolio. His expertise includes Private Equity Investments, Equity capital market transactions (IPOs, QIPs, and rights issues) by Indian companies, and facilitating foreign institutional investments into India.
